@Dan / @Sharon – Ah, I see what you mean. I built the plugin purely for posts and not pages. I will add it to the list of enhancements and see if I can try to roll out a new version. I’ve been incredibly busy recently and haven’t had a chance to focus on this plugin, but I’ll see what I can do.

Hi Chris:

I, too, share Dan’s concerns. My site is nonprofit and we have lost s of static pages that would be usefully linked to other contents, esp since the pages are denied category or tags.

Just thought I’d chime in that such an ability is useful to someone else. I like the way you keep us informed of new comment input. Thanks.

Hi Chris:

I wonder if there is a way to use “Remind Me” on my static pages so that I may link them to other pages and to posts in my blog.

I am trying to use the WP platform as a CMS rather than a traditional blog. The pages have lots of content that need to be linked to each other and to relevant posts, and vice versa.

Is there a way to use “Remind Me” in that way?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your feedback, I currently am spread a bit thin with duties so that has the consequence of being a bit slow on the feedback end. However, I noticed your article prompts in my posts, which is great, but none in my pages, and the pages are not being prompted to be linked to the blog articles. umm…

Then, I realize no tags, no categories, no POST content… ummm, looks like page content is not considered is it?? My pages are currently about 20, and they all except for the contact us page and sitemap… have powerful content/article info that readers would be well benefited to link up with.

Is this a possibility or that will never happen? I’m currently in the discipline of applying SEO tags to pages and articles. My present approach is to SEO & link all my pages, & then go to the blog articles unless you have a way to link in pages and it would behoove me to do the posts first… If you should look at my site, you will see what I mean, my pages are as info rich as the blogs.

Hi Sharon, I tried it out on a local installation of WordPress 3.2 and nothing appears to have broken. I also tried changing themes, installing some extra plugins and changing a few other things to test as best as I can and all was successful. I do feel safe saying that you can go with it..

Hi Chris, No I haven’t tried it with 3.2 because the warning seems so intimidating and no one advises using plug in that is not updated to the version being used. i have nRelate installed, and while i like a lot of what it does, it cannot allow me to do what your plug-in does, be specific and MAKE SURE a given article is connected.
