Sheesh, we all know how darn fast Busta Rhymes can rap, but take a load of these dude letting rip:
I don’t think I could even rap that quickly on a gram of meth!

PhilJ Drums does a number of covers of popular songs and this is definitely one of his best ones; not only is this an awesome tune, just check his talent – throwing in his own bits and pieces here and there, brilliant.
Take a watch:
And here’s the band the plays for, After the Anthems:
Sheesh, I was a big supporter and fan of DaBears.ca, and when they stopped producing I was quite bleak, but a mate of mine just alerted me to a mix they rolled out a few weeks ago called Bliss:

As always, here’s the track listing:
By now you all know that I’m loving dubstep and that the following behind dubstep is getting larger and larger! So anyway, a mate of mine sent me a link to an awesome beatboxer who does dubstep and I have to admit, it’s damn impressive.
Take a watch:
Yeeeah man, haha, Usher Raymond will be heading to South Africa next year to perform at the Hansa Festival of Legends tour!
Usher will perform at the Grand Arena in Cape Town on 3 March, the ICC Durban Arena on 7 March and at Soweto’s Orlando Stadium on 10 March.
This is pretty massive if you ask me, South Africa’s seen some great artists over the past year, but Usher is a powerhouse, one of the biggest legends in the pop scene and someone who can perform incredibly well on a stage, I can only imagine how quickly the tickets will sell.
I went to Craig David a few years ago and that wasn’t very good, but I think Usher’s on a completely different level, so if you had a bad experience like me, I don’t think you need to worry about it this time!

Tickets go on sale on 4 November at Computicket.
This is quite exciting, there’s a new website out which has a poll where you suggest the city Red Hot Chili Peppers should visit. In other words, if you want them to come to Cape Town, then you head on over to the website and say exactly that!
Obviously, each vote counts and the important thing here is to spread the word, so make use of the Tweet and Like buttons on this post to share the information with all your friends.
We have a massive online community in South Africa, let’s make use of it and bring the Peppers to South Africa!

This isn’t the freshest news, but is worth a mention as Lil Wayne is a legend in the Hip Hop world and he’s bring his I Am Still Music Tour to South Africa to take on three concerts at The Belville Velodrome, The Coca-Cola Dome and The Wave House.
We’ve seen hip hop artists come to South Africa before and some would argue that 50 Cent might be more popular, but I’m my opinion, Lil Wayne’s far more experienced and praised.
The events take place between Wed 7 December and Sun 11 December and tickets are going for between R350 and R600. There are still tickets available, so if you’re amped for some incredible hip hop, then head over to computicket and book now!

I’ll leave you with this video that has over 30 million views:
So the other day I posted some banging dubstep tracks that I’d found across the Internet and now I’ve found a sick track! This is one of the funnest tracks I’ve heard in a while, not necessarily the best dubstep, but definitely worth cranking once or twice.
Say a big hello to MPI Project, you’re going to want to turn your bass up for this one:
I’ve covered dubstep quite often on iMod. I’ve always been a fan of deep beats and when they throw the deep beats in with an ambient synth and some vocals, then I really get pumped up. Anyway, I spent some time looking for some cool tracks to share with all of you.
Have a listen to these:
Check Skrillex jamming:
If you don’t know Skrillex, then I reckon spend some time Googling and listening to his stuff, you’ll probably click when you see he’s signed to Mau5trap (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skrillex).

More dub step stuff:
I’m absolutely loving the new Coldplay track, Paradise! I’m not the only one either, thousands and thousands of tweets and Facebook status updates show a great positive trend.
