Tomorrow, 8th March, sees the first Girl Geek Dinner take place at 2 Deer Park Ave West, Vredehoek, Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for girl geeks to gather, share ideas and network.
Jacques van Niekerk is the guest speaker of the night, he’s the CEO of the MIH SWAT unit at Naspers and also holds the title of CTO (Chief Tech Officer) at MIH Internet, so he no doubt has some really useful things to share.
The event will set you back R150, you’ll get a three-course meal and a goodie bag. Mandy Watson will be sharing her thoughts on some of the must-have gadgets and a draw will take place, so you could win something cool.
