This year, RLabs and Vodacom have come together to present us with the Community Information Challenge 2010 – The premise behind this challenge revolves around the fact that there are thousands of people in local communities who have access to mobile phones. With this access, Internet access has become a possibility and the idea here is to enhance local communities using mobile Internet.
