I mentioned driving around in the Mini Cooper S Convertible at the Apple meets Mini A to Z day, and must first opinions found the Cooper as one of the most exciting and enjoyable cars I’ve ever driven.
I think what really caught my attention was the power that this little machine has under the hood; when you’re sitting that close to the ground and you’ve got 118Kw at your finger tips, you get the whole sense of a little racing cart. Not only this, but the steering wheel is nice and tight, which means when you really feel yourself steering around corners, which for me is incredibly enjoyable.
Of course, the convertible brings the joys of flying around the coast with the wind going through your hair and every second person looking at you with jealousy – Yup, I’m proud like that ;)
Ya’ll know that I drive an Audi and it’s an incredible car and I’d recommend it to anyone that wants sheer driving classy pleasure, but if you’re looking for something that catches eyes and offers a nippy experience then I’d highly recommend the Cooper, pricy, but definitely worth it!
