Congratulations to all the matrics that passed, it’s been a long time since I matriculated, but I can remember stressing out on the day, so I feel you. For those matrics who didn’t manage to pass it’s important that you stay motivated and if you can’t do it alone, don’t worry, there are some free services which offer counselling and support.

On a personal note, being an ex-Rondebosch boy, this really made me feel good today:

Rondebosch Boys’ Matric results: 100% pass, 319 subject distinctions, RBHS first in science in Western Cape and joint first (with Paul Roos) in Maths. In Top 10 schools in the Western Cape – top boys state school.
