		<description>Its not necessary to stretch before the exercise routine, thats proven not to help prevent injuries - stretch afterwards! However a 5 minute cardio warmup before is recommended..

I&#039;ll need to look into dips, bridges and burpees - not sure on those ones :) Thank you for leaving a comment, this is encouraging! My arms are sore today :P</description>
