The Fez Cape Town night club opening again?
This is the second time I’ve heard someone talking about The Fez night club possibly opening again in the last week. This time I was over at My City By Night catching up on some posts when I saw this topic being discussed.
“It seems that people are noticing the logo of the FEZ is up on a building down the bottom of Bree close to the Butterfly Studios.”
Boy oh boy do I have some amazing memories of this place – Yes, I was horribly under age when I used to go (I think), but still, it was probably one of the best night clubs in Cape Town, ever!
Does anyone know anything about this?
I did notice that their wonderful flash website no long exists either..

the amount of hours I spent in the fez was unbelievable, one of the best clubs in my mind! Lets hope for the best!!! :)

Yeah lets hope so, but I think everyone in there mid 20’s was at the Fez at some stage in there life and was most likely doing the same thing!!! :) hehehehe

little error there, was ment to say, anyone NOW in their mid 20’s was probably there partying along side us!
I think I first went to Fez when I was 16, hahahaha,shocking I know!!!

It’s true and opening mid December. I got a sneak peak at the venue yesterday and it looks awesome! supperclub (vauderville), bar and nightclub :)

This is what I found – http://www.bizcommunity.com/Article/196/433/42282.html I would assume then if Vauderville opened on the 10th of Dec, then I think Fez did too.

Also, my other half went past there today, and it is still under contruction. Its in Mechau Street (off lower Bree Street) Vauderville, and the Fez are opening on the 15th of Dec. If you buy dinner tickets to Vauderville, they have made it so that you can party at the Fez afterwards so I would imagine the Fez is also opening tomorrow.Hope thats some more insight :)
