So tomorrow, Fe and I will be heading out of Cape Town for a couple days to a relaxing and remote location in Tulbagh called Welbedacht.

Here’s a quick write up:
Just over an hour’s drive from Cape Town, Welbedacht Nature Reserve offers a stunning retreat in the country. Amply equipped, self catering cottages tucked away in between the Reserve and orchards, offer complete privacy and a tranquil environment. Spectacular views of the Tulbagh Valley and the surrounding mountains combine with the cries of the fish eagles and the
sounds of nature.
Private plunge pools and braai areas, open fireplaces for winter nights, and large verandas for relaxing on all cottages combine to make this a special and memorable escape.
Sounds utterly delightful if you ask me, I’m tired of these fancy and trendy locations, bring on the rural living!

I can’t wait to do some fishing!

Looks killer. Hope you guys enjoy a relaxing break. And good with catching something!
It was a dusky Friday afternoon, as Chris and company pulled up to the wooden house (could be rocks, actually looks like rocks now that I think about it.. so lets make it rocks then)… dun dun duuuuuuuuuuun :P
Enjoy the break my man. :D
Will catch you online when you get back.
Thanks Gents, I’m seriously stoked about getting away for a little. Fishing… eek ya, if I don’t catch something, my ego is guna get damaged :D
If you don’t catch something, you have to put in corn rows :P

All I wanna know is: can you still get the interwebs from there?
Dude. Enjoy your getaway. And don’t forget to leave the keys to the Lambo somwhere that I can find them easily. :)
@Jean – Bwhhahahahhahaha
@Craig – Ye mate, pretty stoked, just hope this weather holds up a little, else I’ll be fishing in the rain!
@Amod – I’ve told the authorities that a guy with a “special book” will come to take the lambo for the weekend :) No interwebs mate, that’s sort of the point, eish, it won’t be easy, have to admit!
