Google Reader for your Google Desktop

Tired of loading up Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer to read your Google Reader? Well, now there’s a solution – Google have just released a Google Reader gadget for Google Desktop..

It’s definitely worth getting yourself a copy and taking a look. If you’re like me, you always have a huge number of tabs open and opening Firefox just to read RSS feeds can be quite painful for your RAM.

   Have you checked out the 3.0 Beta of FeedDemon? It’s got integration/syncing with Google Reader, and I must say I’ve found it at least as enjoyable to use as Google Reader itself.
