My 5 digit adsense cheque has arrived and I’m stoked!
Just after 2009 arrived, I blogged about an adsense record to start 2009 and was a little upset that I didn’t manage to make the 5 digit mark, however, this morning I checked the post and to my delight, I found an Adsense cheque. I quickly tore the envelope open and there it was, a 5 digit cheque!
I have just 2 comments on this:
1. For those of you who say you can’t make money online – blah blah blah
2. For those of you who emailed me saying I wouldn’t reach 5 digits – suck it
Hah, well, that’s it from me, I know there are some of you who follow my movements so this one’s for you and for those of you who have only just started making money online, this is some motivation for you!
P.s. This is from one month, not accumulated.

Thanks Matty! You know what’s ironic though, this will probably be my last cheque of such a quantity, I’m starting to leave the whole Adsense thing.
I just pray that people learnt a lot and are now motivated!

I deposit my cheques at FNB and don’t have any problems, just remember to write “Online Marketing” somewhere on the Form E paper :)

Ye bud, I didn’t used to, but figured it would be motivational. It’s hard to draw a line between trying to rub it in peoples faces or trying to brag and actually just showing it as motivation..

I responded to one of the newspaper ads for homebiz and received their information pamphlet in the post with once again a request for money to be deposited into an account for the “so called” training material. I have been caught twice already where I deposited money into accounts and the one was sending me the training material via e-mail which was just showing me how I can hook other fools like myself to pay the money and con the next one. The other one was after receiving their training DVD only to discover it was only another way of conning people to sell “Herbalife” which they could have told me in the first instance. I have tried that before and it did not work. They are warning people on the internet not to pay money for work offered but I did not listen.
Now, would you be able to tell me if there is an honest way out there to make money from home? I want real work and am willing to put in a lot of hours providing it is not a scam. I am unemployed, 57 years old and therefore finding it difficult to get work at this age. I have the internet at my disposal 24 hours a day and would just like to know where I can start. Thank you for your warning on the hbiz scam.

Delene – There are very few “real” systems out there, using TrafficSynergy or Offerfoge for affiliate marketing is a good start. Adsense and AdGator are two other local systems which works well, but at the end of the day, making money online is all about attracting lots of traffic and converting it – so you need a great website, with fresh content to offer visitors..

I have responded on a advert in a newspaper of the HomeBizz Group. After reading it I contacted a person whos name appear on the letter, plus the HB support group, asking more information regarding any guarentees from them that I will receive payment after worked done and my money for membership paid. (R270-00)
Well, I did get response: 1. The person send me a landline no starting with 018, ok I call several times during the day only to get a womans voice saying in Afr. and Eng. their office hours, then the phone start ringing again. Bottom line I never talked to no one. So I email again, this time he send me a long in that is only for members he said. He doing me now a favour so that I can get at ease and paid my money and start working. He said they are a reputable online company since 2003, they always pay out. So I still though it can be a good money making work, because me is 58 and cant find work and I have access to internet 24/7. Have you find out anything legal about the hbiz online work? Regards and please help me.

That sounds about right though, crazy blogger, it only gets issued for delivery the month after you’ve incurred $100 – How much did you manage to earn, if you don’t mind me asking?

my earnings reached 250$ on april and check was issued on may 26th 2009 but i didnt got my check untill now.so i asked to reissue on june 25th

Nice going! Ye, cheques can take a while to arrive, I’ve been there before, but once you have things rolling, and start getting one every month, then it’s not a problem obviously..
