The weekend is here and it’s taken quite a while – I find that the first week back at work after a holiday is usually very draining. I must admit, it feels great to enjoy a little freedom after a very fulfilling week at work, things went extremely well and I feel that I’m right back on track with everything, 2009 is going to be a really good year.

The hardest part about anything like this is that it takes some time to see or feel results, so you have to just put your head down and push through it. One thing I have noticed is that I no longer wake in the mornings with a pain in my stomach – what a perfect change and great result!

So there you have it, things are going well, I’m eating healthily and aiming to get some good exercise in as well.
