So, it’s been a while since I talked about A Cape Town Flat by Chris M and I decided that I would post some new pictures of the flat. As you can see, we’ve added some bean bags, surround sound system with home entertainment theatre as well as some swanky stools and lights. Things are coming together really nicely, our matching contemporary white gloss TV unit arrives in Feb, which will sort out the little mess under the TV and we’ll be purchasing a special lamp which will come in from the corner over the couch and focus on the coffee table, it’s all so exciting!

Places to shop, there are quite a few down here, @Home is fantastic, Boardmans as well and then there’s Kiek, which is where I’ve bought a great deal of my furniture, such as the couch and day-bed, coffee table and the TV stand is on the way. Kiek is at Century City. The chairs are from Boardmans, btw.

I spent the whole day yesterday in Canal Walk…
Was finishing to buy some things for the apartment and looking for a lemon squeezer, to do Caipirinha (As i’m from Brazil). But I still didnt find one with a flat squeezer, only that spiral one.
But it’s impossible to walk in Canal Walk these times. So crowdy! And I really don’t understand why ppl walk with trolleys only with children inside. After all, they wont know why their kids are fat…

Canal Walk is crazy, I’m quite impressed with myself, I usually do all my shopping on the 24th and this year I finished it a week before, so I’m smiling at the fact that I don’t have to touch a mall!

I’m not really into games hey, but I guess I could go out and buy an xbox or ps so we can have a copy, I’ll check the prices and order one :)
