Is the new Zoopy better than the old one?
Zoopy has launched a new brand, new site, Zoopy TV and Zoopy Mobile, this was published for all of us to read just 3 hours ago, so it’s kinda breaking news isn’t it ;)
Along with the new branding, naturally there’s a new logo, I’m very interested to see that they’ve gone this direction! Ok, the font is think, rounded and somewhat cartoony, but sheesh is it a big change compared to the old one, this is moving very much away from fun and directly into money making if you ask me – I know the Zoopy peeps, so I’m sure there’s a plan and I’m sure they’ll not lose focus on what this was all about!

Two other things to lock your eyes onto are Zoopy TV and Zoopy Mobile, two new initiatives launched with the new branding. You can view Zoopy Mobile by pointing your mobile to m.zoopy.com.
Last but not least, there’s a job opening. Zoopy is looking for a Senior Designer – I find it interesting, it’s not really a designer position as it’s all to do with css/xhtml, but I guess it does fall under web designer – so if you’re interested, click here.

Thanks for the post Chris. We haven’t lost an inch of the fun, but needed an identity that would sit comfortably next to any initiative we embark on: from working with Danny K to printing really tiny labels to appearing on the side of a mountain. Our old logo didn’t communicate the real power of Zoopy effectively and we believe the new one gets us to where we need to be. Hope you’ll continue to visit and enjoy!

No problem Jason. I don’t know how keen I am bro, it’s like cool and all, but I really enjoyed the young fresh approach of the other one, but then again, as you said, the power needs to be communicated and we all need to buy food :)
Good work!
