have they learned to give some form of support yet or is that still lacking hence Yeigo as far as I’m concerned from a use to be overseas users point of view is waste of time!

Hey, I tend to agree with Anthony here on the Yeigo support. I had actually forgotten i had the application on my phone, then i got the rss feed about a new release – figured i would try it. Dont have any idea what the hell QQ is, but i quite like the facebook chat support – calls seem fine (greatly improved), though i only had about 30 seconds of credit left. I am going overseas next week, so I will buy some credit and revert back with how the calls work. If anyone from yeigo reads this, please work on the support, its a major letdown!!!!!

Support systems are hard to implement and require quite a bit of time management. That being said, I’m sure the team is working on these sorts of things!
Keep posted!

Which is true but they also make or break a company. When I used Yeigo which was at this stage over a year ago and well the support was alreadt crap then, to such an extent that I never even bothered giving it another try and wont bother with it either in the future. Just my 2 cents on it

Nah dude, I totally agree with you hey! I actually sent them a copy of this post and hopefully they’ll pay some attention to it and leave some worthwhile comments..

Hey Anthony. Sorry about the support, we have been working on improving our support a great deal, and have planned a much more regular release schedule with bug fixes and feature updates. Yeigo has undergone a series of changes recently, and things have improved greatly since you last gave the software a try. Thanks for the note on improved voice quality Julian. Our support is available at support@yeigo.com, and our forum is now fully up and running at http://www.yeigo.com/forum. We have an active support team now who should respond fairly promptly to any support queries you have in terms of yeigo.
In any event should you ever try yeigo again pop an email to support@yeigo.com with any comments you have, and any insight you want to offer and if you post my name at the top of the email it should find it way to me personally.

Hey Andrew and the rest of Yeigo team ,
This VoIP application is awesome so far. I have been working with Andrew on some issues with the WM version for WM6.1 and I really hope to see a fix sometime here soon so I can actually use the VoIP side. Other than that , this application ROCKS…
Once the Voip is fixed I would gladly push the word on this application but until then I have to hold my breath in hopes to see a fix.
Dont worry your application is not the only having this issue. Currently Fring , Skype and a few others are on the sidelines due to the recent WM6.1 update for the Titan(MOGUL) and TOUCH by HTC.
Any further assistance you need Andrew , please by all means let me know.
Thanks!
Michael

Thanks for popping in Andrew and Reconboy, it’s great to see the authorities taking notice of what the masses want. I miss working at Yeigo sometimes, I’d love to be able to get in there for a few weeks and see how everything is going!

I just love the retarded spelling on the banner “All your friends ARE belong to us?”
at least some things never change….

It’s a reference to a internet meme from a few years back: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_your_base_are_belong_to_us or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qItugh-fFgg , maybe a bit obscure but we like it :)

Im still looking for a good MSN replacement. My MSN keeps dropping, and it has really been frustrating me for some time now?
is there software which can access other IM software, which uses software which is more stable?
