After writing blog posts on iMod for several years, I sometimes find it difficult to adjust my tone and language usage to write articles for other mediums. When Thought Leader was released, I considered writing for them and was actually offered, but decided against it, as I felt it was a little close to what I did on iMod and felt that I would stick to my own instead of writing elsewhere.

When Tech Leader was released, I’d just won the South African blog award for best blog about technology, computers and web development and felt that it would be good to have a place to share my thoughts on technology, but specifically the local industry with regards to technology. I was asked to write on Tech Leader and happily accepted the invitation.

Since I become a Tech Leader, I have written two articles:

1. The proverbial lion that is the outsource chain – This article raced up to the most read article on Tech Leader ever and received close on 30 interesting and opinionated comments from various readers. Read more..

2. Is social networking fueling your company? – I published this article late last week and have noticed that there are currently 10 article and a fairly decent number of readers. It hasn’t been quite as fetching as the first article, however, I didn’t expect it to be. Read more..

It’s been really great being involved in a website where the authors are extremely knowledable, and I look forward to writing many more articles!
