I got some more Threadless tee’s today!

After ordering some Threadless tee’s back in November of last year and never receiving them, they have finally arrived. When I ordered them, I realised I’d ordered them over Christmas time and figured that it would probably take longer than usual for them to arrive, turns out they must have gone to someone else for Christmas =\

After a couple weeks of chatting to the Threadless support team, they credited my account and allowed me to choose another 3 tee’s that I wanted. I was sad because some of the designs I wanted were no longer stocked, but managed to find a few which looked good.

The tee’s arrived yesterday at the local post office, so I raced down before work to collect them and was rather annoyed that I had to pay R220.00 to receive them after not paying a cent the first time I ordered – so basically I paid R200 odd to order them and then R220 to receive them, resulting in R420 for 3 tee’s, seems a little crazy, but ya, I was just stoked they arrived!

Thanks for the Threadless team for sorting all of this out for me!

I wonder if Springleap will ever get as popular as Threadless?

So do I! After spending R220 at the post office today, I’d much rather be ordering locally!

Im quite liking the green panda one. Gives it like a sort of Urban Jungle feel. Just my personal opinion i suppose.

Ye, the green one is actually really wicked. I went for the whole abstract thing :)

I was charged R400 by the post office for my Threadless tee’s (6 of them). I have since discovered that if you keep the order under R300 and order it as a gift they won’t usually charge you.

Yes rochi, the first time I ordered I was not charged and they were delivered directly to my place. This time (I did order many more), I received a post office slip and was charged on arrival. The secret is to order as a gift – That’s what everyone has been telling me after this happened.

To buy the t-shirts in dollars isn’t cheap as it is, let alone being dumped with R400 once they arrive. I’ll still be a massive fan of Threadless, I’ll just make sure I order as a gift next time :)

    Thanks for popping in rochi!
